i'm starting it soon, just wondering if anyone else is playing it. It may be 15 dollars a month but its worth it i think. (im a big star wars fan)

NOO! trust me it loses interest waaay faster than you think, save your self some cash and buy about 15x12 worth of games.

he can like whatever, im just speaking from experience. i got it last july, it rocked! wooohoo! great fun, then i figured out all the tricks and fun things to do outside of town and had more fun.....but then it got repetitive, and old, and the patches started to nerf all the uber weapons that i had become a brawler to get.....then i got CoD and BF became popular again, and then came RtCW.......and it went downhill from there.

*note: i also just wanted cash so i could get/pay for MEO when it comes out....

i wouldnt have started if i hadnt gotten the game for free from a friend who couldnt play because of good ol 56k lol

I played it and liked it alot. I had to get off though due to my parents, If you are interested in this type of game I reccomend it. I could hook you up with my old guild on the Intrepid Server if ya want.

Made the mistake of buying this instead of Knights of the Old Republic. One of the worst games I have ever played. The fact that they charge a monthly fee is a slap in the face. They should pay you to play it.

l played it for a good 5 months I think and I got bored from it. It's time consuming, when you want to go hunt the higher level stuff, you need friends and it takes time to meet up with them and when you do meet, it doesn't mean you can get to the spot you want. Actually I still have a working account that my friends are paying for it and I can still play whenever I want but I don't cause it's not something I like anymore. I'm looking forward to City of Heroes.

i found it a great disappointment. its no different than any other MMORPG in my opinion. the Star Wars theme didnt do anything for it. i found KotOR was a lot more of what i was looking for in a great Star Wars RPG

Yep, hopefully either (or both) WoW and MEO will be unique and entertaining in the long term aspect.
