ok so im googling and thotting and have found nothing. there needs to be an Alliance-Horde translation guide! all it would take is a guy on each side on TS telling what they are typing. anyone up for it someday? i have deciphered that "ru" is Alliance for "hi". i think it would be great to be able to understand the other side :D

You assume it's constant.

good point, but almost anytime i come across a non-hostile (ie: one thats not /rude or /farting me) Alliance player, the chat bubble always says "ru". which is 2 letters, like "hi", and its a normal thing to say at that point.

I suspect that WoW may parse out some key words, and use gibberish for the rest.
'Kek' is definitely and consistently what Alliance sees when a Horde player says 'lol'; this comes up frequently on a PvP server. The big question is whether it translates in the other direction.

ya, i dunno if each side sees the same, or if its different for each one.

not a very complete list :( and what would be even more useful is a list of what gibberish to type to produce a real word for the enemy :D
